Refund and Returns Policy
At Herbivorex, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning products or requesting a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used health, beauty, or supplement products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us with:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- First check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
